Planning and Zoning Special Magistrate

The Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Special Magistrate holds regular meetings at the Commission Chambers located inside city hall located at 506 West Berckman Street, Fruitland Park, on the third Thursday of each month unless otherwise canceled.  Special meetings may be called by the P&Z Special Magistrate when necessary, and if called the date and time will be posted separately.  The P&Z Special Magistrate reviews development applications including but not limited to annexations, site plans, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, land development regulation amendments and plats.
