Community Redevelopment Agency

The activities and programs offered within a Community Redevelopment Area are administered by the Community Redevelopment Agency. The City of Fruitland Park City Commission was appointed to serve as a five-member CRA “Board”. 

Community Redevelopment, Chapter 163, Part III, Community Redevelopment and Special District Operation, Chapter 189, Florida Statutes.  

Public purpose - elimination of blight in the City of Fruitland Park.

CRA Meeting Schedule

The City of Fruitland Park Community Redevelopment Agency holds its scheduled meetings quarterly as soon as practical at 6:15 pm at 506 West Berckman Street, Fruitland Park, Florida, 34731.  

Any person requiring a special accommodation at these meetings because of a disability or impairment should contact the city clerk’s office at city hall (352) 360-6727 at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. (§286.26 F.S.)
